About Myra

She began working young and learned early that competence is developed. Over time, that translated into a habit of learning by immersion: reading widely and reverse‑engineering how things actually work. That approach has followed her through every phase of her career: founding and operating multiple businesses, working inside real estate development and construction, managing complex projects, and building companies under constraint rather than ideal conditions.

Across those environments, she developed a consistent way of thinking: step back, find the bottleneck, and act. She trusts both data and pattern recognition, and is comfortable making decisions without perfect information. The market is the final test, not effort or intention.

Her days are calm. She works a comfortable schedule and protects the time that belongs to her family and to being outdoors, because clear thinking requires an unhurried mind. There is no hustle here, by design. What fills the rest is learning: she is an avid reader and a fast processor of information, from AI and geopolitics to psychology, systems, and human behavior, and when she can’t read, she listens.

Outside of that, she is deeply grounded: happily married to her best friend, a committed parent, and someone who values responsibility and steadiness.

These traits inform how she works with clients. She is direct, observant, and structurally minded. She works best with businesses at an inflection point, when they’ve outgrown the infrastructure built for them, and with owners who are capable and thoughtful, but overloaded.

Myra works exclusively with small businesses because she believes they are foundational to healthy communities and accountable economies. She knows a business that shows growth but isn’t durable or aligned with the people who run it will only weaken over time.
